Al Mar is set in luxuriant gardens with direct access to the beach along a private pathway.
The Beach Level contains two suites, each with its own bathroom, terrace, and garden. These suites are set around an Andalusian courtyard, which, with its wooden beams, forms the main entrance to the house. You enter through thick wooden doors and, leaving a large games area with ping-pong table on your right, you go up the stairs to the Pool Level and the second main entrance.
Here there is a third suite and the living areas. These include an extremely spacious sitting/dining/kitchen area (50sqm), and beyond a large southwest-facing terrace. from which you get a glimpse of the sea. The open fire is cozy in winter, and the built-in barbecue makes for long evenings all year round!
A pool in deep blues, a lounger terrace, a lawn ...everything you need for lazy days in the sun! Climbing the whitewashed steps from the terrace, you arrive at the day-bed area, which has wonderful sea views.
The upper floor is home to two more suites. One enjoys the full morning sun; the other, views over the Atlantic. And finally, up to the roof terrace, where there is a huge chill-out zone with panoramic sea views.
